What we collect and why
Consultation form
The consultation form asks for the type of building, the location, an approximate floor area, whether you have drawings, when you would like to start, your name and your WhatsApp number. When you press “Send via WhatsApp”, your browser builds a message from these answers and opens WhatsApp. The answers are not sent to or stored on this website’s server. We receive them only if you send the message in WhatsApp.
Messages, calls and emails
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you choose to share. We use them to reply, to prepare a quotation and, if you go ahead, to carry out and support the project.
Analytics (only with your consent)
If you allow analytics in the cookie settings, we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally. If you do not allow it, the analytics script is not loaded.
Technical data
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the website securely. This is handled under Vercel’s own privacy terms.
Third-party services
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to message us. Its own privacy policy applies to the message.
- Google Maps, only if you follow a link to our location.
- Facebook and TikTok, only if you follow a link to our profiles.
How long we keep information
We keep project correspondence for as long as needed to provide the quotation, carry out the work and honour the workmanship warranty, and to meet any legal obligations.
Your rights
Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), you can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent you have given. Contact us using the details above and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
