FAQ

Common questions

Cost, timing, warranty and the areas we cover. If your question is not here, ask us directly.

Ask a question

How is the cost of my project worked out?

Cost depends on the building type, size, design and materials. Once we have seen the site and any drawings you have, we set out the cost in a written quotation, so you know what is included before you decide.

How long will my project take?

It depends on the size and scope of the work. The schedule is agreed with you and written into the quotation.

What does the warranty cover?

Every project includes a workmanship warranty. Its length and what it covers are explained when we prepare your quotation, and both are written into it.

Do I need drawings before I contact you?

No. Let us know whether you already have drawings or are still at the idea stage, and we will talk through the next steps with you.

Which areas do you work in?

We are based in Nyitdah, Kediri, and work in Tabanan and the surrounding areas. If your site is further away, send us the location and we will let you know.

Do you take on renovation as well as new buildings?

Yes. We renovate houses, villas, offices and apartments, and we also install villa fittings.
